McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking an Energy Attorney to join our growing Energy and Environmental Group. This position can work from any McNees location with hybrid opportunities available based on experience. In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an established team, collaborate with leading attorneys in their fields, and enjoy advancement opportunities.
McNees' Energy and Environmental Law attorneys regularly practice before state utility commissions, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and state and federal appellate courts. Our attorneys provide counsel in addressing the business, regulatory, and legal needs of the energy industry.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $108,000 - $129,000. Your compensation will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.

Desired Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with licensure in PA (or with the ability to become PA-barred within a year)
- Interest or experience in energy law including regulatory administrative litigation or renewable energy transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to travel to the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office and attend regular hearings and meetings as needed
