About You: As the workplace continues to undergo unprecedented change and evolution in terms of supporting new Remote Work and 'Hybrid' work styles, Bialek has now able to offer a variety of audio-visual solutions to support these new work style. Our Digital Innovation Team is seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our team to manage our expanding list of projects in this field. The Program Manager must have experience with A/V systems and experience managing the delivery and installation of A/V projects.

Responsibilities include:
  • Acts as a single point of contact and holds responsibility for all aspects of A/V projects from inception to final close-out and invoicing
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate engineering, programming, fabrication, installation and subcontracting activities on large and/or complex system installation, integration and service projects.
  • Maintain current, accurate and complete job plans and specifications
  • Work with engineering department during design and drafting phases of the project(s)
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies and services and controls timely delivery to job site
  • Prepare the project installation plan, manages the plan and prepares and implements job procedures
  • Determine, from review of various information, necessary changes in design, contract price, installation plan or other activity and implements same
  • Maintain project schedule and coordinate task scheduling with general contractors, project managers and other trades.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors
  • Performs site visits and participates in site measurements for shop drawings by others

Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a Technical field preferred
  • 3-5 yrs. of experience and documented work history in the installation and integration of audiovisual, video-teleconference, broadcast and IT systems
  • 2-3 yrs. of experience and documented work history in the Project Management of audiovisual, videoconference, broadcast and IT systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom video tele-conferencing platforms
  • Experience with the AV industry's leading product manufacturers such as Cisco, Crestron, Polycom, QSC, Shure, Nanolumens, Yealink and others
  • Excellent subcontractor communication, coordination and management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands: Physical abilities include the ability to lift, move, carry 50 pounds, ability to climb under tables, stand on ladders and ability to travel to project sites.
