Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including high net worth individuals, non-profits, and private companies across various industries. The Audit Senior will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, providing assurance services, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for high net worth individuals and entities.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training on audit procedures and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business operations and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to clients, including recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audit.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax returns for high net worth clients.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations and private companies in various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, and real estate.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
