WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Lead and plan substantive audits of business units and document audit findings and prepare clear, concise reports.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify anomalies, risks, or misstatements.
- Support special projects, SOX testing, financial investigations, or compliance reviews as needed.
- Network with senior personnel within the business unit and across groups to resolve issues, gain needed information, and influence outcomes.
- Review work prepared by audit analysts and provide coaching and guidance to assist in their development.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- CPA required, with 3-4 years of audit experience (including at least 2 years with a big firm)
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and hands-on experience performing substantive audit procedures
- Familiarity with ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and practical auditing experience under this standard
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Power BI for data analysis and financial insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional skepticism, and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%, both domestically and internationally
