As Sales Operations at Aumni, your responsibilities will encompass driving organizational alignment, increasing pipeline acceleration, optimizing the sales funnel, and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales department. A successful candidate in this role will support the sales team by managing sales data, creating reports, optimizing sales processes, implementing sales programs and strategies, and generally driving day-to-day cross-functional initiatives forward.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with Sales to establish operational efficiencies, enablement priorities & development plans.
  • Structured project management skills with the ability to design project solutions, manage timelines, and drive meeting notes/efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership on key decisions and implementation to drive successful Sales team goal attainment and consistently produce strong results despite day-to-day challenges and shifting priorities.
  • Lead efforts to implement and enhance utilization of software applications, including Salesforce and Outreach, in support of the revenue team's strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring and cleansing CRM and other sales data to maintain data integrity.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in the Sales tech stack to track Sales team KPIs and revenue performance and work with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to evolve and streamline forecasting processes.
  • Initiate detailed process maps and documentation of current and future internal processes, playbooks and protocol sheets.
  • Supporting the Sales team with regular and ad hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Revenue and CX Operations teams to ensure appropriate cross-functional communication, alignment and prioritization of Sales projects.

Required Capabilities and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of daily sales tech stack, particularly Salesforce, Outreach, and enrichment tools.
  • Experience in managing large volumes of data, including migration, cleansing, import/export, and querying across datasets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze key SaaS revenue concepts, trends, and performance indicators of businesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate concepts in an uncomplicated and comprehensible manner across sales personalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven history of adding value through initiative, creativity and hard work; being a self-starter with the ability to think outside the box while communicating plans and results to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with strong organizational & time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset and proactively holding yourself accountable for enabling the Sales team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
