Your role

UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Authorized Officer, Tech Support Analyst in Nashville, TN.

We're looking for an Authorized Officer, Tech Support Analyst to:
Contribute to the operation of new and existing IT products and services.
Offer support across various unified communications and voice recording related tasks. Deploy new production infrastructure.
Perform UAT and BCM tests. Ensure workflows, processes, tooling, and applications are of high quality standard.
Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements. Troubleshoot voice recording failures and helping with analysis.
Monitor the voice recording infrastructure and escalating where required. Maintain the voice recording infrastructure to guarantee a secure voice recording infrastructure environment, production stability, and performance.
Provide operational support for messaging and collaboration services. Analyze errors in systems and define corrective measures. Digitize the entire voice recording infrastructure ecosystem.
Can work remotely.

Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement:
This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Systems-Network Engineer, Systems-Network Administrator, or related occupation.

Alternate Education & Experience Requirement:
The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Systems-Network Engineer, Systems-Network Administrator, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
monitoring infrastructure including patch management,
Windows servers, Verint Financial Compliance (formerly Verba), SQL,
ensuring compliance to various internal controls, capturing evidences to mediate associated risks, troubleshooting Skype for business and Teams call issues,
Exchange administration, Agile Methodologies, AIOps, ITIL,
Data Analytics, PowerBI, MS Modern Service Management,
explaining technology to non-technical audiences.
