- Develop and enhance BMC Helix ITSM solutions, with a focus on the BMC Helix DWP Advanced module.
- Create and maintain integrations using Web Services and RestAPIs.
- Utilize BMC True Sight Orchestration for workflow automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with users and Service Management to ensure smooth implementation and operation of automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with certifications and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM Development, specifically in BMC Helix DWP Advanced module.
- Experience in developing integrations using Web Services and RestAPIs.
- Strong knowledge of BMC True Sight Orchestration.
- Ability to create automation scripts using BMC Atrium Orchestrator.
- Hands-on experience with BMC DWP for frontend development and integration with internal scripts and orchestrator.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
- Experience with automation and DevOps tools like PowerShell, BMC Remedy True Sight Orchestration, and BMC Atrium Integrator.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in BMC Helix ITSM or related technologies.
- Previous experience in platform integration and workflow creation within BMC Helix.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practices.
