Automation Test Lead

What does an exceptional Software Development Engineer in Test do?

We're looking for a Test Automation engineer to join our software development organization. You will help modernize the test automation of client's Treasure flagship.

Seeking for a test engineer skilled in different test tools including a base knowledge of Java.

You will work on automation of our treasury UI using java-based test frameworks based on top of Selenium. You will integrate these test cases into our pipelines to ensure CI/CD in a very high pace.

The ideal candidate possesses a good blend of business and technical aptitude, is heavily hands on and has a strong need to learn new things as well as research customer insights, trends and business challenges.

As an Automation Test Engineer, you can look forward to:

• Creating and executing automation tests for our Angular based application as well as creating test automation for our micro service RESTful APIs
• Partnering with scrum teams to ensure a high-quality test automation pipeline
• Configuring and documenting the test automation landscape.
• Mentoring technical staff during projects to ensure continuous improvement.
• Optimizing the test cases where appropriate and bring recommendations for improvement
• Executing based on the department standards and procedures
• Display strong verbal and written communication, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of software development experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation
• Experience in test automation tools like Postman, Selenium
• Experience in performance, load and stress testing
• experience in test data management
• Experience in test automation using Java: Rest Assured, Selenium API, etc.
• Experience in ADA testing
• Experience in UI as well as API testing
• Experience in integrating test automation into the CI/CD pipeline

Preferred Qualifications for consideration:

• Azure Cloud knowledge
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Experience in mobile App testing
