Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia, a leading Toyota dealership in the Philadelphia metro area is seeking a sales manager to handle the flow of traffic on our sales floor and support our team of sales representatives. We offer a dynamic sales management team; who support each other in their sales goals and daily operations.
We are currently seeking a candidate well versed in the areas of selling vehicles; and must have a strong background in previous F&I management. We have a unique structure to our sales management team; and if you are looking for a step up in your career, or a new challenge or change of pace, we would like to talk to you.

- The ideal candidate must have prior experience and proven track record in F&I management and vehcile sales. A Toyota background is a plus.
- Must possess leadership skills and a passion for managing sales staff and sales processes and understanding of the finance department as well as have a track record of great CSI.

- Support the General Sales Manager; ability to collaborate and also take direction to achieve set goals.
- Reynolds & Reynolds proficiency preferred; but not necessary.
- Ability to implement and manage processes
- Strong communication skills and work ethic with attention to detail

Requirements :
- F&I Manager experience
- Experience with internet and retail tools
- Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work with customers and lenders
- Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
- Will motivate and coach a high-performance sales team to promote continued growth.
- Computer savvy-comfortable with technology
- Enthusiasm for the Automotive Dealership industry with a focus on customer service
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
