- Lead & Develop the Team: Train, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to maximize their potential.
- Deliver a Luxury Buying Experience: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Inventory & Pricing: Work closely with the team to ensure optimal vehicle selection, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee CRM & Follow-Up Processes: Ensure proper engagement with customers and timely follow-ups to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work alongside finance, service, and marketing teams to create seamless customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management (luxury brand experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital retailing tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
