Pay: $120,000-$180,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Ensure the sales department operates efficiently and meets dealership goals and KPIs
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative sales environment

Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
