Job Summary:
Cronin Hyundai, a premier automotive dealership located in Nicholasville, Kentucky, is seeking an individual contributor for the position of Automotive Sales. This is a full-time, salaried role in the auto industry with a potential compensation of $50,000 to $150,000 per year. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with the best solutions for their automotive needs.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences
Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers
Provide accurate and thorough product knowledge to customers
Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with customers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all dealership products, services, and promotions
Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
