Core Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients as they arrive in the service drive and confirm scheduled services, notate any vehicle concerns the customer has, and write work orders.
  • Inform customers of necessary service and technician recommendations, provide estimates for repairs, obtain customer authorizations and collect payments.
  • Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day, keeping customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Foster customer loyalty through outstanding customer service and rapport.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience at a high line dealership required.
  • Customer service: demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored service solutions.
  • Collaboration: excellent interpersonal and communication, with both customers and team members.
  • Efficiency: exhibits strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated to achieve individual and dealership goals.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

The Service Department is open Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm. We ask that all candidates have flexible availability to work any of these days and times. Our Service team enjoys a 5-day workweek, and a positive, productive team oriented environment. Service Advisors work in an office environment, in the Service Drive, and occasionally in the climate-controlled shop.
