Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Service Department to ensure productivity, efficiency, and exceptional customer service
- Oversee advisors, technicians, and support staff to maintain high levels of performance and morale
- Drive profitability by managing department expenses, setting revenue goals, and implementing growth strategies
- Monitor and enhance service processes to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, warranty policies, and dealership standards
- Maintain high CSI scores by prioritizing quality service and customer communication
- Train and mentor service staff to improve skills, performance, and professionalism

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Service Manager or Service Director role at a dealership (CDJR experience preferred)
- Union experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of increasing service department profitability and efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating large teams
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
