Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join the team and support landside civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing design and project management support, including coordination with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams. You will be involved in the preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, technical specifications, and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop contract documents including plans, specifications, and quantity/estimates
• Organize and run project meetings, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to department organizational and quality control standards
• Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, aerial photography, and other data to plan projects
• Perform design computations and provide technical support for project designs
• Coordinate with and manage project subconsultants and in-house support disciplines.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
• 4-8 years of experience in civil design
• Experience in task management and project coordination .

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a supervisory role or leading project teams
• Experience in road/highway design projects.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Open Roads Designer/MicroStation
• Strong ability to estimate construction costs in detail
• Experienced in writing technical specifications
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of relevant civil engineering standards and guidelines
• Familiarity with project management principles including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
