Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

Shall demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the quality management system by:

(a) promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking;

(b) engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system requirements;

(c) promoting improvement.

Responsible for all ancillary departments at McLeod Loris including Pharmacy, Respiratory Care, Radiology, Laboratory, Therapy Services and Center for Health and Fitness etc.

Formulates the annual operating budget including staffing levels in the assigned areas to meet the strategic and financial goals set by the Board.

Plans and administers the annual capital equipment budget for assigned departments.

Plans and administers the productivity monitoring system for all assigned departments.

Provides guidance and support to assigned leaders to assure that the needs of the staff and patients are met through problem solving, programmatic development, collaborative strategies, etc.

Works with compliance officers to ensure that an effective corporate compliance program is maintained in all assigned areas.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Training:

A minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in management of clinical healthcare areas

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited school
