JOB DUTIES: Design and Architect the test automation platforms to provide a cost-effective automation approach and a quality automation process. Responsible for leading the Quality Engineering framework development team to ensure the implementation of tools and frameworks for seamless product automation and quality management. Direct Test automation framework development processes that offer organizations a core capability to build complex automation processes to seamlessly automate end-to-end tests. Responsible for working with business and technology teams to drive the enterprise technology architecture roadmap. Play a strategic leadership role in an automation strategy, planning, estimation, budget, design, and execution of complex automation initiatives. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for automation platforms, frameworks, and solutions and direct the test development processes including designs, reviews, implementations, and test execution. Review the QE automation design, architecture, approach, algorithms, and solution for a complete spectrum of automation and metrics insights. Responsible for bringing relevant emerging technologies, vendors, best engineering practices, and innovation. Design and implement the strategies to enable Continuous testing in the pipeline and containerize the automation scripts. Mentor team and individuals on best automation practices, design, and implementation; and document and maintain respective processes.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Alternatively, Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Pay Range:
$180,000 - $190,000
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. - Other Frameworks and Libraries: Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, Behave, Python, Gherkin, Beautiful Soup, Yaml, Cucumber BDD framework, Protractor, JavaScript with Jasmine, and Cucumber frameworks;
- Version Control: Git or Bitbucket;
- Cloud Services: Amazon AWS and Sauce Labs cloud providers; and
- Continuous Integration Systems: Jenkins or Team City, BitBucket or Github Actions, Circle CI or Octopus.
