Job Description Summary

As the Supplier Relationship Management leader, you'll be responsible for supporting the company's global workforce and strategy. You'll partner across the company to drive transformation, cost savings, and add strategic value. You'll lead a team of category sourcing/procurement professionals in the establishment and management of new international capabilities, with a strong focus on supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to VP, Chief Procurement Officer with two direct reports. Will have accountability and dotted line to Global Capabilities Centers.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate studies in Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields are preferred. MBA is a significant plus.
Experience: Ten or more years' experience in supply chain management, sourcing, purchasing and relationship management. Five or more years' leadership experience. Proven experience in lean process, continuous improvement, expense reduction methods, procurement software and tools. Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing global facilities.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Strong leadership, project management and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Persuasive communication and people skills. Ability to navigate and manage cross-cultural relationships and operations.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences, may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager's leader and Human Resource Business Partner.

Working Conditions: Hybrid to normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of lean process improvement strategies to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Leads the establishment and management of the company's global facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Develops and implements supplier relationship management strategies to enhance collaboration, mitigate risk, and achieve high performance.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement operations & analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Responsible for monitoring, metrics, and communicating progress of transformation initiatives.
- Provides consultative leadership and expertise on contracts, negotiations and identifies remedies to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Responsible or leading and building a team of high performing procurement professionals; including performance management, salary planning, skill development, hiring and disciplinary actions for directs and indirect reports. Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Oversee the sourcing, selection, and management of a diverse portfolio of third-party vendors, ensuring high quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
