Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AWS Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions in the AWS cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS data services, ETL processes, and data modeling, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data systems using AWS services.
• Develop and optimize data models, data pipelines, and storage solutions.
• Implement and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance throughout the data lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services, including AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon EMR, Amazon Athena, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon SNS, and AWS Step Functions.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, and Scala for data processing.
• Database & Storage Knowledge: Experience with AWS Redshift, AWS RDS, Hadoop, and AWS S3 for structured and unstructured data storage.
• ETL & Data Warehousing: Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL pipeline development.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and optimization.
• Data Orchestration: Experience with workflow automation and orchestration of data pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AWS Data Lakes for large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming solutions.
