Job description

• Mandatory AWS services like S3 Athena Glue Kinesis and EMR
• Design and implement scalable secure and highly available data architectures on AWS for AMOS applications
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting processing and analyzing large volumes of travel bookings data from various sources
• Implement data governance and data quality frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance with GBT regulations
• Optimize data storage and processing solutions using AWS services like S3 Athena Glue Kinesis and EMR
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain data models data dictionaries and data catalogs for Amos data
• Implement data security and access control mechanisms ensuring data privacy and compliance with GBT Infosec team standards
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines storage and processing solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest AWS services and best practices for data management and analytics
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data engineering team promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
