The company is headquartered in Berlin and has an office in New York City. In NY, we have a flexible and hybrid work environment and require 3 days/week in office.

About the Role:
We are hiring an ambitious and innovative B2B Customer Marketing Manager to spearhead Babbel for Business' customer marketing initiatives focused on customer communication and growth. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at educating and delighting our B2B customers. Your success will be measured by key performance indicators linked to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration: Partner and communicate effectively with a broad scope of teams across the Worldwide Babbel for Business team that directly influence our customers, including Customer Success, Learner Success, Product Marketing, Didactics, and Product Development.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer by leveraging tools such as Vitally, HubSpot, G2, NPS feedback, and direct interviews to gain insights into customer needs and sentiments.
  • Campaign Development: Create and implement a variety of customer marketing campaigns, utilizing channels such as email, advertising, virtual and in-person events, and promotional gifts to engage and grow our customer base.
  • Content Creation: In collaborating with our Content and GTM teams, develop and curate content that speaks directly to our customers and their needs including 1-pagers, guides, and emails.
  • Social Proof: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share customer stories, testimonials, and reviews on platforms like G2 to enhance brand credibility.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on trends within our customer base to inform strategic decisions and campaign adjustments.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and present the results of your marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of B2B international customer marketing experience, preferably in a related field.
  • A collaborative and approachable mindset, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven project management abilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A results-driven attitude that embraces change and continuously seeks innovative ways to achieve success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.

Salary Information:In New York City, the reasonable annualized full-time salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
