- Collaborate with a team composed of 55 staff members, with about 30 working daily.
- Provide services across all floors and units of the facility.
- Work with a variety of staff including Physical Therapists, PTAs, technicians, Occupational Therapists, COTAs, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Manage patient ratios of 12-1.
- Participate in bed mobility, transfer, and gait training procedures.
- Preferred experience in Trauma, Cardiac, and Stroke (Interventional Radiology) will be beneficial.
- Display an outgoing, professional, compassionate, respectful, and friendly personality.
- Expected to work every other weekend and on holidays in rotation with facility employees.
