Job Description
Job Title: Travel RN - Cath Lab
Profession: RN
Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Hours per Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year
License: RN License
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS or RCES (for Tech position)
Must-Have:
Critical Care Experience
Prior Cath Lab Experience of at least 3 years
Description:
Travel RN position in the Cath Lab.
The unit consists of 2 labs with a staff of 8.
During day shifts, there is a 3-person team in each room.
Patient ratios are 3-person team per patient for caths and 1:1 for TEE/CVNs.
Typical procedures performed include Heart Caths, PE/DVT Thrombectomy, PVS, TEE with CVNs, Lexiscans, EP Studies, Ablations, and Implants.
Candidates should possess flexibility, caring disposition, punctuality, dependability, consistency, and a team-oriented attitude.
On-call duties include rotating weekends.
One summer holiday and one winter holiday are mandatory.
