About the Role

The Banking Applications Manager is responsible for oversight and risk management over several of LendingClub Bank's key banking systems. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Technology, the role will ensure that LendingClub Bank manages application risk and access in line with established policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Manage application compliance within the bank's SOX/FDICIA program
  • Manage the Help Desk relationship with our bank's Managed IT provider
  • Be the primary liaison for the bank's core system
  • Manage the employee onboarding process ensuring new users are setup with access required
  • Manage the employee offboarding process ensuring access is deleted timely when users leave the bank
  • Manage the employee access movement process ensuring changes are appropriately procured, documented, and executed whenever employees shift roles
  • Manage system downtime or errors with software vendors; communicate occurrences to end users
  • Manage credential reset processes for non-SSO systems
  • Be an advisor and liaison to other bank departments on user permissions
  • Create and manage user access and permissions templates
  • Create, manage, and adhere to procedures
  • Assist with the software asset management program
  • Perform regular reviews of system and user permissions
  • Assist with basic system troubleshooting duties
  • Be a change management facilitator and owner
  • Perform regularly scheduled user permission attestations
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures, especially information security and technology to regulatory and info security principles
  • Participate in the Bank's Change Management Group
  • Participate in audit activities and audit remediation plans


About You

  • 3+ years of experience with banking systems preferably with Miser and Miser Desktop, Q2 Product Suite (Console, PIQS, ETMS, and Q2 Central), WITS, Alloy, DocuSign, and Oracle CRM
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • You have strong risk management skills and a keen attention to detail
  • You like to collaborate across different lines of business and can make risk-based recommendations and decisions
  • You have a passion for technology and are all about leveraging it to continuously improve processes
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Excellent documentation skills


Work Location
San Francisco, Lehi, or Boston

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Time Zone Requirements
Local hours (PT, MT, ET)

Travel Requirements
If you need to travel for work, LendingClub will cover your travel related expenses.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 101,000-150,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
