Industrial Bank is seeking a highly qualified Banking Center Sales Manager (Branch Manager) with expertise in Retail Branch Operations, and meeting financial goals. This position is an exempt position and is required to work on Saturdays to support Branch Operations. This is an Officer level position. The location of the Branch is 3443 Benning Road, NE, Washington, DC.

A Day in the Life of a Banking Center Sales Manager.
- Required to have demonstrated experience in banking
- Operates the relationship building sales process and daily operational functions of the branch.
- Is responsible for assuring efficient customer service, introducing Bank products and services to customers, referring customers to Bank partners for ancillary services.
- Preventing fraudulent transactions and bank loss, while assuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Increasing profitability by increasing deposit and loan market share, managing expenses, growing the customer portfolio,
- Participates in special Bank projects designed to increase the service delivery to customers both internal and external.
- Must oversee the service experience delivery of those reporting to them according to the standards of the Bank
Required education and experience
- An associate degree or college level courses in business administration, marketing, information systems are expected
- 5 years management experience in banking or comparable experience
- 3 - 5 years sales and business development experience
- Strong sales management
