Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate (New York)

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is seeking 2ndto 8thyear associates to join our growing and dynamic Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department. Ideal candidates will have previous bankruptcy experience in a law firm and will have experience handling substantive court appearances and representing creditors committees, indenture trustees, landlords, and trade creditors in bankruptcy matters. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.

We work seamlessly across offices and will consider experienced candidates in our New York, NY, Parsippany, NJ and Stamford, CT offices as we grow the group. Bar admission is required in an attorneys resident and/or affiliated office.

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of New York if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicants skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology) for example. New York Salary Range: Low: $225,000-High: $325,000.
