HCT ControlTechnology is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager tolead the charge in revolutionizing how building systems operate.

What you'll do:

Project Management: Lead all phases of projects,including planning, design, implementation, and close-out.

Coordination: Collaborate with clients,contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgetsare achieved.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailedproject schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones.

Budgeting: Manage project budgets, monitorexpenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits in theDMV area to monitor project progress, ensure quality standards are met, andaddress any on-site issues.

Technical Oversight: Oversee the installation,programming, and commissioning of HVAC control systems, ensuring compliancewith industry standards and client specifications.

Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to safetyregulations and industry standards.

Reporting: Provide regular updates tostakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigationplans.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolveproject-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.

What we hope you bring to the table:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Project Management, or a related experience is preferred (Additional degrees orcertifications are a plus)

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in anindustry-related field, including HVAC Systems and DDC Systems and 3-5 years ofprior technical or project management experience is desired

Communication: Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients,contractors, and team members.
