DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As part of a collaborative team, you will oversee the implementation and grant management of Title IV-A federal funds, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and in compliance with regulations, all while managing multiple initiatives. These initiatives include grant application reviewing, monitoring and compliance, project management, designing and developing training and technical assistance, collecting and analyzing data, conducting research, and responding to school district inquiries. Work involves managing a variety of projects concurrently while providing technical assistance to school districts and intermediate units regarding the development of programs under the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). A primary focus will be on overseeing the Title IV-A grant program, which affects student support services, safety, and the overall well-being of students, helping them achieve high academic standards.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 4 days per week. You will be required to report in-office on Monday each week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $66,250 (before taxes).
