Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Communication & Adaptive Behavior Program, which serves students in our Autism Program for grades K-8th. The BCBA will work with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to provide behavior analysis, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and support the students' academic, social, and emotional development throughout the school year.

Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Communication & Adaptive Behavior Program, which serves students in our Autism Program for grades K-8th. The BCBA will work with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to provide behavior analysis, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and support the students' academic, social, and emotional development throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Provide direct behavior analysis services to students, including one-on-one and group interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior intervention plans and promote positive behavior development.
- Monitor student progress, track data, and adjust interventions as needed based on analysis and student outcomes.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavior management and data collection.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavior-related input for student plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and communication with stakeholders.
- Serve as a resource for the school community in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Knowledge of the IEP process and ability to contribute behavior-related information.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive weekly pay: $40 - $52 per hour
