Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Communication & Adaptive Behavior Program - Autism Program, serving students in grades K-8. This full-time, school-year position offers the opportunity to work with students with autism, focusing on developing communication skills, adaptive behaviors, and ensuring students thrive academically and socially.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving student outcomes, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and using data-driven strategies to support student success.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism.
  
• Provide direct support and behavioral interventions to students to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behavior.
  
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and maintain strategies that foster students' academic, social, and emotional success.
  
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide data-driven recommendations based on findings.
  
• Train and mentor staff on effective behavior management techniques and strategies.
  
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
  
• Collect, analyze, and report data to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student evaluations, interventions, and progress.
  
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents, providing guidance and support on behavior-related concerns.
  
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams to provide input on behavior management and support strategies.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required.
  
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  
• Previous experience working with students with autism, preferably in a school setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals.
  
• Strong commitment to supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive weekly pay: $40 - $52 per hour.
