Job Overview:
This is a Registered Nurse who coordinates patients throughout from all points of entry to facilitate overall hospital patient flow. This person works with a team in receiving all communication related to patients requiring a bed for appropriate clinical expertise and facility placement to support the delivery of quality care.
The Bed-Flow Manager collaborates with hospital staff, ADCO, physicians, staff, resource team, and transfer center to define, reduce and eliminate barriers within the system which may impede patient flow and surge plan. This will also coordinate nursing home triage calls as scheduling allows.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana required.
- A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting or related specialty area preferred.
