BEHAVIOR ANALYST/MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Minimum Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Master's degree with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology or related field. Or Bachelor's Degree and BCaBA certification or has completed the BACB approved course sequence for BCaBA certification or currently enrolled and 6 credit hours completed in a master's program with a BACB verified course sequence embedded. Basic computer skills required (e.g., ability to use email, Power Point and Word). Ability to use Excel and/or other data management programs to create detailed graphs and tables.
National certification in Behavior Analysis (Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Certification must be obtained within three years of start date through coursework approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Coursework is required to begin within the first 6 months of start date.
