Shift:Days (Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm)

The role youll contribute: The Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison develops referrals and provider connections through effective marketing of the organization's services to primary care providers, healthcare facilities, schools, churches, therapists' offices and other community facilities. They are often called upon to mediate, mend, improve, or build connection between the service line and community. The value youll bring to the team: Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships within the behavioral health community and partner facilities Works with leadership to implement marketing initiatives for pipeline development Identifies community needs and offers solutions including educational opportunities Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations to create brand and services awareness. Works with leadership in the creation and following of marketing plans and daily routes. Tracks marketing initiatives and prepares status reports for service line leadership review. Builds presentations and progress reports around service line and market intelligence. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Master's degree or professional licensure in related field. 2 years of external/internal sales in related field. Pay Range:

$34.08 - $51.12 per hour
