- Knowledge of benefit policies, procedures, and legal issues in a large healthcare organization
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Benefits Administration
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating work with ancillary benefit plan partners
- Engage in contract negotiation and review, business process development, and documentation
- Facilitate regular meetings and handle change management and coordination of outsourced services
- Establish consistent measurement and reporting on vendor activities and value/ROI of benefit spend
- Negotiate performance guarantees in contracts with attention to service level improvement
- Facilitate regular vendor meetings, document resolutions, and report progress to leadership
- Ensure timely delivery, summary, and storage of vendor data, including performance guarantees and contract documents
- Integrate vendor services with HR areas and support the total awarded team, invoicing, phone, and email tasks
- Work mostly with Health Welfare functions
- Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and interact professionally with employees of all levels
- Proficient with computer applications for word processing and spreadsheets
- Demonstrated expertise in team building, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and provide high-level customer service
