WHAT WE'LL NEED
- Program Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Compliance: Ensure all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and FMLA.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits vendors and providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets organizational standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze benefits data and trends to assess the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about available benefits and changes to programs.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for employee benefits, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining competitive offerings.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for management on benefits utilization, trends, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and benefits management software
