• Work with several different teams to kick-off successful hardware beta programs.
• Track, communicate status on, and monitor all active beta participants.
• Review, escalate, and monitor bugs and issues until resolution, communicating with internal teams and local Beta teams along the way.
• Present status updates and recommendations as well as urgent issues to the program product manager.
