ACRS seeks multiple part-time or full-time BH - Mental Health Therapists who can provide culturally competent and clinically effective counseling and psychotherapy services to privately insured clients of ACRS Therapy Associates Program seeking mental health counseling. Services are performed in compliance with agency policies and with contract and regulatory standards and requirements.

COMPETITIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Service Rate (Piece-Rate Compensation):
Master's Level Licensed Clinicians: $78.78/hour (For direct, billable services)
PhD or PsyD Licensed Clinicians: $93.78/hour (For direct, billable services)
Administrative Pay Rate: $20.76/hour for required non-billable activities such as supervision, trainings, documentation, team meetings, and retreat participation.
TAs are paid for scheduled administrative time proportional to their caseload (FTE), including:

Employees reaching and maintaining at least 0.5 FTE (defined as an average of 28 billable service hours and 12 administrative hours per biweekly pay period) are eligible for ACRS benefits.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Utilizes simple and advanced psychotherapeutic treatment methods to assess and treat individuals presenting with wide range of mental health and/or psychosocial disorders in individual, couples, family and group settings. This may include but is not limited to: helping clients develop insight in to themselves, their relationships and their lives; providing psychological education regarding communication skills, anger management skills, and social skills; guiding clients in the development of skills and strategies to cope with their problems. Conducts comprehensive psychological diagnostic assessment addressing various life domains utilizing interviews, support system, available clinical records, observations and possibly tests. Develops and implements collaborative comprehensive treatment plan with clearly identified goals. Maintains on-going evaluation of effectiveness of treatment plan and modalities in making progress towards identified goals. Modifies plan and modality as appropriate. Prepares and maintains all required treatment records and reports. Maintains confidentiality of records. Adheres to program standards for documentation. Complies with administrative documentation and fee collection protocols. Collaborates with other treatment providers as needed to ensure appropriate care for client. Collaborates with other stakeholders appropriate in client care, which include but are not limited to, families, probation officers, schools and court. Provides counseling and psychological education to family members to assist them in understanding, managing and supporting client. Provides crisis intervention as needed. Provides back up when case coverage is needed. Attends agency, program and team meetings, in-service trainings, and supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position requires regular mobility within the office or workspace, may involve sitting for extended periods throughout the day and the ability to handle objects, tools, or controls. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 20 pounds may be required. May involve tasks where visual acuity is beneficial.
This position is hybrid, with flexibility based on the needs of both the clinician and their clients. The work location is determined in collaboration with clients and the team to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.

- Twice monthly supervision (30 minutes each)
- Bi-monthly TA team meetings
- Required agency trainings and events
- Other approved administrative tasks

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work or social/behavioral science; AND Licensure to provide mental health counseling in the State of Washington.
- Training and experience in theoretical orientations, which include but are not limited to, family systems, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
- Ability to provide effective and respectful quality care and services that are responsive to diverse cultural beliefs and practices. Fluency in Asian and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander language preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of: characteristics of mental and emotional illness; current social/economic problems; clinical interview techniques; individual and group behavior; and simple and advanced treatment methods.
- Ability to: work as a team member with a professional and support staff; analyze and draw conclusions from case records; apply casework principles to individual situations; and exercise judgment and organize multiple tasks.
- Ability to treat adults, couples and families
- Willingness and ability to work in either Seattle or Bellevue. Rare occasions may require travel to another location.
