Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled BI Architect to design and implement business intelligence solutions that enhance decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI to deliver impactful reporting and analytics that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical insights into business performance.
- Optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.
- Work with data engineers and analysts to create and manage data lakes for effective data storage and retrieval.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive strategic business decisions.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data throughout the BI lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Architect or in a similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Azure services and Databricks is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Experience in manufacturing industry reporting and analytics is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
