What You'll Do:
  • Develop efficient processes and integrations in building a best in class data platform that will be the machine helping make data driven business decisions.
  • Centralize, ensure quality, standardize data, and create pipelines, develop ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
  • Work with multiple technologies, frameworks and environments using different tools and techniques. Architect, design and build across all aspects of our data platform.
  • Work on architecting, building, and launching highly scalable and reliable data pipelines.
  • Handle tens of Billions of transactions daily and create the platform that will be used to uncover business insights.
  • Collaborate on improving efficiency and quality of the data, including implementation of data monitoring and alerting process.
  • Leverage your data and business knowledge to help build and evolve data models to support self-service analytics.
  • Collaborating with individuals across all areas of the business. (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product).
  • Explore the technological landscape for new ways of producing, processing, and analyzing data in order to gain insights into our business, our clients and our product.
  • Operate production environments, investigate issues, assess their impact, and come up with feasible solutions.
  • Understand business needs and work with product owners to establish priorities.
  • May telecommute from home part time.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Engineer-related occupation.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $170,373.00 and $186,000 per Year. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
