Expected salary Range: $115,000 -$140,000 per year
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12%/ 401K pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.

- Lead and inspire agile delivery teams through every phase of the software development lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding excellence.
- Manage the e-commerce knowledgebase and serve as the go-to expert for platform-related questions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring platform roadmaps and implementing innovative capabilities.
- Mentor and onboard developers while driving high-quality delivery standards.
- Provide technical solutions, proof-of-concept work, and system troubleshooting.
What We're Looking For:
You're not just a technical expert; you're a strategic thinker and a collaborative leader. Here's what you bring to the table:
- 8+ years in software architecture and development
- 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in BigCommerce, with a strong focus on back-end development.
- Possess a deep understanding of the commerce ecosystem model and how various third-party applications seamlessly integrate and interact with BigCommerce
- Expertise in balancing customization and native configuration elements to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
- Hands-on expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
- A deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, database management, and SEO best practices.
- Experience managing code version control systems like Git and leading technical teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent experience) and relevant developer certifications (BigCommerce preferred).
