Bilingual Geriatric Medicine Physician - West Palm Beach / Greenacres, Florida

Job Description:
- Outpatient Geriatric Medicine opening
- Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients
- Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00
- 15-18 patients per day
- No hospital responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
- Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock
- 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings
- Bonus 1: Up to $50k
- Bonus 2: Up to $20k
- Malpractice,
- $5,000 relocation

Community:
- Primary care group with multiple locations along the Florida Atlantic Coast
Requirements:
- BC/BE required
- Full license
- Spanish bilingual required
