The Bilingual (Korean/English) Vice President of Regional Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership across the organization. Drive strategic initiatives including One CJ Logistics and Transformation through Supply Chain Leaders, Operations Leaders, and other functional leaders. Develop strong internal and external relationships at all levels within the organization and with our customer leaders. Lead and create value through exceptional customer service while focusing on exceeding financial performance through flawless execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve in a key leadership role driving operations excellence in all areas of the company ensuring successful financial results.
- Define and manage the business levers to execute a cohesive strategy for disciplined growth.
- Identify strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, productivity improvements, and cost savings in areas including startup, customer satisfaction, IT systems, engineering, etc.
- Develop and execute high-growth financial plans, and report on performance against the plan.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to develop sales and marketing initiatives that communicate CJ Logistics' value proposition for current and prospective customers.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Bilingual (Korean/English) Required
- 10+ years of logistics experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role at another logistics or distribution organization.
- Confidence to take calculated risks, make strategic and results-oriented decisions, and accept responsibility for the results (positive or negative).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and drive performance and accountability.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
