Job Description
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator specializing in electrical design to join our team. Our projects span data centers, mixed-use developments, and multifamily residences. As we expand our BIM department, we need a skilled individual to lead electrical design efforts, coordinate clash detections, and collaborate with project managers and installers.
Responsibilities
The position typically follows an 8-5 schedule with a hybrid work arrangement. Most of the work involves design and coordination of electrical systems, with minimal to no fieldwork required. Employees benefit from a supportive work environment backed by a large parent company, and receive a 5% 401k match.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Work on large data centers

-Smaller Electrical Contractor with Large Parent Company backing
-2 weeks PTO and 1 week sick.

Job Description
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator specializing in electrical design to join our team. Our projects span data centers, mixed-use developments, and multifamily residences. As we expand our BIM department, we need a skilled individual to lead electrical design efforts, coordinate clash detections, and collaborate with project managers and installers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate electrical designs for various projects
- Perform clash detections and resolve design conflicts
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams
- Produce detailed construction documents using Revit
- Create and manipulate Revit families and assemblies
- 3-10 years of experience in the BIM industry or with an electrical contractor
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of NEC codes
- Experience with Revit 3D modeling of electrical systems
- Familiarity with fabrication and detailing processes
- Proficiency in creating electrical construction documents
- Experience with drafting and BIM practices
