Job Description
Qualifications
BS/MS degree in molecular biology, cellular biology, bioengineering or equivalent
3-5+ years of academic or industrial experience
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, problems,
and solutions
Good technical communication skills, written and verbal
US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to government contract requirements

Job Description
- Support high-throughput sample processing for next generation sequencing, using existing automated equipment solutions
- Assist in the development of novel methods and protocols, including the development of novel liquid handling processes
- Independently run experiments with PCR-based methodologies, RT-PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, and NGS library preparation including RNA-seq and/or DNA-seq
- Support research and development efforts for nucleic acid biomarker discovery
