Job Description:
The Candidate will lead product development, strategy, and management for BXCI's liquid fixed income solutions, with a focus on commingled offerings for individual investors. This role will focus on designing and implementing innovative investment solutions that meet the needs of retail investors, driving growth and enhancing our product offerings in the public markets space. The Candidate will spearhead multiple projects at one time spending significant time with leaders across Blackstone and BXCI including the investment, portfolio management, legal & compliance, and finance & operations teams.

Expected annual base salary range:
$275,000 - $300,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

The Candidate will spearhead multiple projects at one time spending significant time with leaders across Blackstone and BXCI including the investment, portfolio management, legal & compliance, and finance & operations teams.
The main areas of responsibility include:
- Leading product development and new product launches including the planning, process, and implementation of business development and structuring initiatives for new funds
- Partnering with investment teams to design and structure liquid credit products, including mutual funds, ETFs, CITs and other retirement solutions
- Developing and executing go-to-market and sales strategy through collaboration with both Blackstone Institutional Client Solutions and Blackstone Private Wealth Solutions, identifying key markets, channels, and investors
- Evaluating and analyzing revenue targets and costs for existing products
- Driving messaging, product positioning and content creation for internal and external communications, working collaboratively with business leaders and various teams within Blackstone including public affairs and BXCI leadership (content includes marketing materials, webinars, press releases, talking points, video content, Private Placement Memoranda, investor conference, and other investor memoranda)
- Defining and documenting the competitive landscape, including investment mandates, terms, performance, reporting, and investor base, informing product development
- Leading, originating, and executing strategic projects including business development initiatives, process improvements, team optimization and development, and events
Qualifications:

- 15+ years of professional experience, with an emphasis on public markets product development
- Highly motivated (a self-starter), intelligent and demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors
- Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments, often under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to produce creative, compelling, detailed marketing materials, as well as interpret and present complex investment concepts in a simplistic manner
- Client-focused with experience aligning processes, procedures, systems and personnel to meet the needs of clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write effectively
- Leadership skills with experience managing a team and enthusiasm to provide hands-on training
- Strong project management capabilities
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Candidate should be a team-oriented individual who thrives on challenge in a dynamic environment and is able to effectively prioritize
- A demonstrated strong work ethic and a desire to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Operate with the highest degree of professional integrity, motivation, and intellectual curiosity
- Prior work experience in investor relations, credit, and/or finance is required
