Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse IV

Job Specialty: Blood Product Collections/Phlebotomy

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
(4x 10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM-6:30 PM or 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, or 2x 12-hour shifts plus 2x 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM-7:30 PM and 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, with one Saturday per month)

License: Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have: Proficient IV skills

Job Description:
- Perform blood product collections and phlebotomy for donations, including whole blood and apheresis platelet collections.
- Work in both the center and on the community blood donation bus.
- Must be adaptable to various schedules, including weekends, as outlined in the job shift information.
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with donors and team members.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards within the blood donation environment.
