We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare providers to offer personalized and evidence-based care, ensuring the best possible health outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive physical exams and take detailed medical histories.
  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and respiratory issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, imaging, etc.).
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient needs.
  • Provide preventative care, including routine screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness strategies.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team as needed.
  • Stay current with advancements in medical research, practices, and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in [state/country].
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a variety of adult health conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of medical protocols, treatments, and clinical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
