Your role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at North Shore Pediatric Therapy

• Deliver Exceptional Care: Manage a caseload of 6-9 children, providing 145-150 hours of data-driven, high-quality care each month.
• Mentor & Lead: Guide and develop Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to build a strong team of future clinical leaders.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work side-by-side with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and other experts to create individualized care plans that meet each child's unique needs.
• Innovate Treatment Approaches: Utilize your expertise in functional behavior assessments to continuously refine treatment protocols.

Requirements for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

You're already an exceptional BCBA, but we're looking for someone ready to take the next step:

• Certified & Experienced: Board Certified and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), with a strong background in functional behavior assessments and data-driven care planning.
• A Passionate Mentor: Committed to guiding and developing RBTs, fostering a team of clinicians dedicated to excellence in pediatric therapy.
• Dedicated to Neuroaffirming Care: Passionate about providing assent-driven, evidence-based treatment that celebrates each child's strengths.
