Boomi Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical expertise in Boomi and preferably domain experience in Medical Devices. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide technical expertise in Boomi to guide the project team.
• Utilize domain knowledge in Medical Devices to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring successful project outcomes that positively impact society.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Have 11 to 13 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrate mandatory technical expertise in Boomi.
• Show domain experience in Medical Devices is a plus.
• Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Display excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Have proficiency in project management software tools.
• Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exhibit knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control.
• Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Show ability to work in a hybrid work model.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Certifications Required

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required. Boomi Professional Developer certification is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 27, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
