Job Description -
Lead Consultant (Lead Domain Architect)
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in engineering, business information systems, computer science, or other quantitative discipline. Advanced experience with architecture techniques in a wide range of projects and complexities. Experience working with business capability or enterprise analysis. Ten (10) years of experience with a minimum of four (4) of the following areas:
Must possess strong leadership, human relations, systems/design thinking, and presentation /communication skills. Planning and organizing abilities preferred. Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams with business area, system architect and developer representation, with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
Working knowledge and application of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices (ex. large solution, program, team level) is desired along with clearance and transportation industry knowledge.
Must show a high level of competency with business process modeling software (i.e. Visio, Enterprise Architecture Sparx, etc.)

- applications development or maintenance,
- transportation/logistics operations, business analysis, business process modeling,
- business object or logical data modeling, business and/or it standards/processes,
- metrics design/analysis, software design.
Must possess strong leadership, human relations, systems/design thinking, and presentation /communication skills. Planning and organizing abilities preferred. Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams with business area, system architect and developer representation, with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
- This is a leadership role supporting solution design, planning and implementation for global clearance initiatives.
- Support GHC initial assessment and prioritization processes
- Provide business architecture leadership for development of global architecture artifacts (ex. epic specification documents, solution design artifacts, development of capabilities, epics, etc.) through collaboration with IT architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage and track solution design artifacts through review and approval processes in alignment with established timelines
- Lead meetings/workshops/elicitation sessions.
